The Club Membership Policies
Please read and acknowledge your understanding of these policies by completing the registration form.
Payment, Cancellation, & Refunds:  
Payment is due in full prior to start date. Cancel at any time. 50% of remaining membership will be refunded. A $30 processing fee will be charged. Allow two weeks
for processing. Expired, suspended, or revoked memberships are non-refundable.
Membership Expiration:
Membership end dates are firm, no extensions. Wares remaining in studio two weeks beyond membership end are forfeited.
Hours & Closings:
Club hours are subject to change. Scheduled holiday or special event closings will not be credited or refunded.
Clay & Firing:  
Members must use studio clay and studio glazes. Wares requiring extended drying time may take up to three weeks to be fired. Due to the unpredictability of the medium, the studio is not responsible for any losses.
Studio Capacity:
Studio capacity is limited to 12 people on a first-come first-served basis.
Students participating in instructional sessions take priority over Club members.
Cleaning & Safety:
Members must thoroughly clean equipment, tools and work areas used. Learn and practice safe use of equipment, tools, and glaze. Report equipment/safety issues to
staff immediately.
Shelf Storage:   No item shall protrude more than 3 inches from shelf. Space is available for large items.
Library & Computer Use:

 

 Instructional books and DVDs are available for a one-week loan with staff approval. Use of the studio computer is for project research, music play, and instructional DVD play only.
Friends & Family:  
Non-members can observe with staff approval but must pay a fee to participate.
Studio Access:  
Office/reception areas, kiln room, and 2nd level is closed to the public.

Eligibility:   Membership is open to anyone 16 years of age or older with previous studio experience. Instruction is NOT a part of membership. Staff will advise and assist as needed.
